GENERAL ANALYSIS AND PREPARATION OF REQUIREMENTS

A pre-project study contract is signed, delivering technical documentation - a Technical Design Document, Project Plan, and Test Plan - alongside proposed development timelines and costs. Detailed analysis examines functional needs, existing IT landscape, security, data migration, integration, tech stack selection, timing, budget, licensing, upgradability, support options.
After finalizing requirements analysis and approving documentation, the prepared project team can proceed to product design. Thorough requirements setting upfront ensures smooth development.
PRODUCT ENGINEERING/DESIGN
The product design aligns with the Design Assignment and capabilities of the chosen tech stack. User interface UI/UX appearance options are finalized.
A prototype can be created for early client feedback before full development. This preview allows the client to see and comment on the concept upfront. The design layout forms the foundation for the next coding phase.
At this stage, requirements and documentation may be finalized, adjusting as needed based on the prototype. Then the software supply contract is signed, kicking off the development towards the final product vision. Close collaboration ensures the end product matches the client's needs.
DEVELOPMENT/CODING
With finalized requirements and design in hand, developers build the software product. Programming is accompanied by unit testing to catch issues early.
As code progresses, all team members collaborate to validate the UI, business logic, and integration with external systems. Data migration occurs, reference data is configured, and role-based security is implemented.
This phase culiminates when development is functionally complete. Then the product advances to the testing stage where the full software is evaluated against specifications. Taking the time to develop correctly from the start minimizes rework down the line.
TESTING
After development, comprehensive testing validates the solution against specifications. The team fixes issues continuously to finalize the product.
End users test for readiness and provide feedback on real-world UI/UX. Developers, the testing team, and client project members collaborate on software testing. Integration testing confirms interaction between modules and external systems.
Load testing evaluates performance, often using client hardware or cloud infrastructure. With critical issues resolved, the application advances to implementation.

INTRODUCING/DEPLOYING THE PRODUCT
Once testing completes, the software is deployed to the client's production servers. Final checks, including load testing, are conducted to determine the go-live date.

Deployment typically entails provisioning a product server, either on the client's infrastructure or in the cloud via platforms like Oracle, AWS, or Azure.
The software is installed and configured on this production-ready server. After launch, the application moves into maintenance and operations. Careful deployment ensures a smooth transition from development to real-world usage.
MAINTENANCE
Once live, software requires ongoing maintenance and support. This includes fixing issues, performing upgrades, updating third-party dependencies, meeting regulatory changes, continuously monitoring security, and patching vulnerabilities.
If user growth stresses performance, optimization ensures smooth operations. All our delivered software includes source code enabling further development by clients or open source contributors.
