We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and by the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme. Where we handle the personal information of individuals located outside Australia, we also seek to align our practices with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.

1. Personal information we collect
The types of personal information we may collect and hold depend on how you interact with us, and may include:
- Identity and contact details — your name, email address, telephone number, postal or business address, and username.
- Account and authentication data — login credentials, hashed passwords, security and verification details, and account preferences.
- Transaction and financial data — records of purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and information necessary to process payments. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Digital-asset and wallet data — public blockchain wallet addresses and transaction references where you use cryptocurrency or digital-asset features. We do not have access to, and do not store, your private keys or recovery phrases where these remain under your control.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction logs.
- Communications — correspondence, support enquiries, and feedback you send to us.
We generally do not collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act). If we ever need to, we will only do so with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Where you use digital-asset or cryptocurrency features, please be aware that transactions recorded on a public blockchain (for example, the Stellar or Tron networks) are public, permanent and outside our control. Wallet addresses and transaction data on a public ledger cannot be altered or deleted by us. You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrases.
